The Grand Rapids Christian Middle School Student-Athletes are the future of sports at our high school!  To make sure they are ready to compete at that level, we offer a Speed/Agility Program just for them!









The group features 7th and 8th graders who represent a wide variety of sports at GR Christian Middle school who come together twice a week to get quicker, stronger and faster. The importance of technique, effort and team work is stressed at these 60-minute long training sessions

Sports nutrition is a big nutritional component for student-athletes! Training is a big part of athletic success, but it MUST be backed up by sound nutritional refueling. Take a look at some of the student-athlete guidlines below we have taken from "The Teen Sports Nutrition Blue Print."
